Dental Treatment Coordinator/ office manager

We are a growing dental practice looking for a Treatment Coordinator / Office Manager who is friendly, professional, and passionate about patient care. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong understanding of dental procedures and insurance, and enjoys helping patients navigate their treatment options.

Responsibilities:

Present treatment plans and financial options to patients clearly and compassionately Work with dental providers to ensure accuracy and consistency in treatment planning Coordinate insurance verification, pre-authorizations, and billing Oversee front office operations, including scheduling, patient communications, and staff coordination Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance Foster a positive and professional environment for both staff and patients

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of dental terminology, insurance, and treatment planning Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Experience with dental software (Eaglesoft) Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus, but not required We can offer training for the right person who is motivated and eager to learn
