Job Responsibilities :

Maintain data & logs Prepare monthly reports of medical cases Partner & communicate with distributors Support the Director of Ops to ensure smooth operations Process CC payments Support invoice processing & follow-up on past-due invoices Prepare monthly sales reports Complete client statement requests Document ACH payments Prepare bank deposits & perform mobile deposits Upload reports into software Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements :

Bachelor's degree 2+ years of experience in operations management and/or finance Excellent attention to detail Excellent time management Strong written & verbal communication skills Strong proficiency in Excel Experience using payment processing software
