Essential Job Functions As a supervisor, you are expected to have the ability and possess the knowledge of the following: Oversee both medical and radiation oncology Lead by Example Support technical staff in both oncology departmetns Improve and streamline processes and workflow within Oncology Department Working closely with the Technician Manager in regards to interviewing, hiring and terminations Scheduling Training Seek guidance from the Technician Manager when disciplinary action is necessary Employee yearly reviews Time and Attendance Monitoring Attending Supervisor and Staff Meetings Audit Time clock and attendance for payroll on a weekly basis Team player with other supervisors and management personnel Why We Want You! The skills that you will be utilizing include, but are not limited to: Venipuncture Catheter placement Radiology Anesthesia monitoring Physical examinations and patient assessment Surgical preparation and assisting Laboratory work Pharmacy Patient recovery Compassionate care for our hospitalized patients
Leadership Skills Management Skills Education and Experience:
High school, College preferred RVT license required Proven record of supervisory training and experience a plus! Ready to grow with a collaborative and supportive team? ! We look forward to getting to know you!
