Office Manager Duties:
  • Oversee and manage all administrative functions of the office
  • Maintain and organize office files, both physical and digital
  • Develop and implement training programs for office staff
  • Manage phone systems and ensure proper phone etiquette is followed

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in office management or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of medical office management is a plus
  • Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Manager.
As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative functions of the office, including file management, training development, phone systems, team management, front desk duties, calendar management, and office management. To excel in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to effectively manage a team. Previous experience in office management or a similar role is required. Knowledge of office management is a plus.
