The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a proven background in dental office management, excellent communication skills . This role is responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, supporting team performance, driving practice growth, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities Oversee daily front-office and administrative operations Lead, coach, and support front-office team members Manage patient scheduling and office workflow Monitor production, collections, and key practice metrics Ensure accurate insurance verification, billing, and claims processing Coordinate treatment plan presentations and financial arrangements Handle patient concerns and maintain excellent patient satisfaction Recruit, onboard, and train new team members as needed Maintain compliance with HIPAA and office policies Collaborate with doctors and clinical staff to achieve practice goals Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and patient experience Qualifications Minimum 3 years of dental office management experience Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and collections Proven leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience with treatment coordination and case acceptance preferred What We Offer Competitive pay: $30 and up per hour Supportive and collaborative team culture Modern technology and systems Opportunities for professional growth and development Stable, privately-owned practice environment
