Dental Office Manager/Treatment Coordinator -- Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Office Manager/Treatment Coordinator to oversee daily practice operations and enhance patient care. This role combines healthcare practice management with exceptional customer service, ensuring the smooth functioning of the dental office while providing patients with clear treatment options and support. The ideal candidate will be experienced in compliance, medical billing, and practice management, contributing to a positive patient experience and efficient office workflow. -- Duties Manage daily operations of the dental practice, including scheduling, staff coordination, and workflow optimization. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing patient inquiries, explaining treatment plans, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Oversee compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and safety standards to maintain a compliant practice. Handle medical billing processes accurately and efficiently, including insurance claims and patient payments. Coordinate treatment plans with patients, explaining procedures, costs, and financing options to facilitate informed decision-making. Support staff training and development to uphold high standards of patient care and office efficiency. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to patient treatments, billing, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with dental providers to ensure seamless communication between clinical and administrative teams. -- Qualifications Proven experience in dental office administration. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff. Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards and regulations relevant to dental practices. Experience in medical billing, insurance processing, and financial transactions within a healthcare setting. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities. Ability to lead a team, solve problems proactively, and adapt to changing priorities. Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
