Our general dentistry practice in Mission Viejo is seeking a mature, professional, and detail-oriented Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. Position Overview This is a full-time, dual-role position combining front office insurance coordination and treatment coordination, with the ability to support the clinical team as needed. Candidates with both front and back office experience are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Present and coordinate treatment plans with patients Verify insurance benefits and clearly explain coverage and out-of-pocket costs Manage scheduling and patient flow to support production goals Assist with financial arrangements and improve case acceptance Support front office operations (phones, check-in/out, insurance processing) Provide occasional back-office assistance as needed Maintain compliance with OSHA and infection control standards Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of dental front office and/or treatment coordinating experience Strong understanding of dental insurance, billing, and treatment presentation Excellent communication and organizational skills Team-oriented with a professional and positive attitude Current CPR certification Dental assisting background preferred (RDA a plus) Must be able to pass a background check Schedule Full-time, 5 days per week Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($24
