Full Job Description Position Overview:
Theatre 360 is an award-winning youth theatre school and professional training ground. We are seeking a highly organized, high-energy Office & Program Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. This is a "linchpin" role. You are the face of the school for our families and the primary executor of our operational systems. We are looking for a professional who takes immense pride in "owning the standard," ensuring that every student check-in is warm, welcoming, and high-energy, every database entry is flawless, and the studio environment is always pristine. Mindset:
You understand that in a small, elite studio, no task is too small, from updating a website to ensuring the restrooms are guest-ready.
Key Responsibilities Program Administration & Tech Management Registrar Excellence:
Manage student enrollment, billing, and class rosters using Sawyer Tools .
Digital Stewardship:
Execute precise updates to our Squarespace website and maintain an organized digital filing system.
Marketing Execution:
Launch email campaigns via Constant Contact and assist in the distribution of marketing assets based on established brand guidelines.
Customer Service:
Act as the primary point of contact for families via phone and email, providing authoritative and helpful information. Studio & Student Operations The "Front of House": Lead student check-in/check-out, ensuring a safe, organized, and high-energy transition between classes.
Facility Care:
Maintain a "show-ready" studio environment. This includes daily light cleaning (sweeping, wiping surfaces, restocking restrooms) to ensure a premium experience for our families.
Staff Support:
Prepare attendance sheets and materials for teaching artists to ensure classes start on time and run smoothly.
Production Coordination Logistics:
Manage audition check-ins, ticketing setups, and cast communication for all Theatre 360 rehearsals and productions.
Show Support:
Provide administrative and front-of-house support during tech weeks and performances.
Qualifications Experience:
2+ years of administrative experience (Arts Administration or high-end hospitality preferred).
Tech Savvy:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Experience with Sawyer, Squarespace, and Canva is a significant plus.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; "no-attitude" professional demeanor.
Reliability:
Proven track record of punctuality and follow-through.
Requirements:
Must pass a background check and be comfortable with light physical tasks (setting up chairs, light cleaning, etc.). Schedule Academic Year (Sept-May): 8-hour weekday shifts, typically scheduled between 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM. Summer (June-Aug): 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
Production:
Availability for production weekends is required.
Pay:
$21.00 - $25.00 per hour
