The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice, providing exceptional support to both patients and staff. This position requires a blend of administrative skills, knowledge of dental terminology, and experience in a dental office setting. Knowledgeable in benefit coordination for all type of plans such as HMO, PPO, Dentical and Medicare. Compensation is negotiable based on experience. Must be fluent in Spanish.
IMMEDIATE OPENING
Responsibilities Manage patient scheduling and appointment confirmations to optimize clinic flow. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assist with billing and insurance claims processing, including verification of benefits. Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service to patients. Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and follow-up appointments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office environment to promote a welcoming atmosphere. Present Dental Treatment and stablish financial arrangements with patients. Experience The ideal candidate should possess: Previous experience in a dental office. Familiarity with dental software systems such as Dentrix and Dexis. Knowledge of dental terminology and experience with records management. Background in fiscal management, budgeting, or financial management within a healthcare setting is advantageous. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting. Experience in human resources or clinic management is a plus, along with any supervisory experience.
