Under the general direction of the Office Building Manager IV, the Office Building Manager III serves as the Building Manager over the Twin Towers, and is responsible for directing and supervising a large staff engaged in the overall custodial operations and maintenance services for a 614,000 sq/ft building in a major metropolitan area of State-owned and occupied buildings and grounds in accordance with Facilities Management Division (FMD) policies and procedures. This position is responsible for the overall administration and maintenance of the Twin Towers, including management of customer service and the operational budget, and will plan and assign work of subordinate staff, and develop an overall master maintenance schedule. This position is designated under the Conflict of Interest Code. The position is responsible for making or participating in the making of governmental decisions that may potentially have a material effect on personal financial interests. The appointee is required to complete Form 700 within 30 days of appointment and once per year. This position may require travel. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship by the start date of employment.
