5 days per week Join a Busy, Modern Dental Practice We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Dental Office Receptionist with strong insurance verification, insurance billing, and patient scheduling experience to join our busy and growing dental practice in San Dimas. This position is ideal for a dental professional who understands the importance of accurate insurance verification, treatment plan presentation, patient communication, and exceptional customer service. Our office is fully digital and utilizes Eaglesoft Practice Management Software . A minimum of 2 years of dental insurance verification and billing experience in a dental office is required. What You'll Do Verify patient insurance eligibility, benefits, frequencies, limitations, and estimates Process, submit, and track electronic insurance claims Post insurance payments and reconcile accounts accurately Follow up on outstanding claims and insurance aging reports Present treatment plans and explain financial arrangements to patients Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients professionally Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Coordinate with patients regarding insurance questions and outstanding balances Support the dental team to ensure smooth daily office operations Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming patient experience QualificationsRequired Minimum of 2 years of dental front office experience Minimum of 2 years of dental insurance verification and billing experience Strong knowledge of PPO insurance verification, claims processing, payment posting, and insurance follow-up Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to learn and adapt to new software and technology Professional appearance and positive attitude Preferred Experience with Eaglesoft Practice Management Software Experience working in a fully digital dental office Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Collections and accounts receivable experience Why Join Our Team?
