Job Description

Dental Executive Coach (Contract | Commission-Based | Bay Area) A purpose-driven opportunity to elevate dental leaders and transform practices. As a Dental Executive Coach , you will guide dental entrepreneurs to operate with clarity, confidence, and executive-level leadership. Your work will help practices grow stronger teams, improve systems, increase profitability, and create more freedom for the doctor and their family. This is a commission-based opportunity built for a relationship-driven professional who values autonomy, meaningful work, and results. Core Responsibilities Provide 1:1 coaching and strategic consulting for dentists and leadership teams Lead high-impact workshops and training sessions for dental professionals Implement growth strategies that improve operations, culture, and performance Develop long-term partnerships that drive sustained success Collaborate with a team of coaches and consultants to elevate client outcomes Ideal Candidate Profile Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach and influence Working knowledge of dental practice operations (finance, marketing, team, patient experience) Skilled communicator with confidence in group training and presentations Self-driven, organized, and comfortable with CRM + Microsoft Office Lives in the Bay Area and is able to travel as south as Monterey County Compensation & Growth Commission-based with uncapped earning potential Flexible schedule and autonomy Ongoing training and professional development Advancement opportunities If you're called to create real change in dentistry—this could be one of the most rewarding careers of your life.
