As part of our continued expansion into the veterinary imaging market, we are building a dedicated business focused on Veterinary CBCT and Portable Veterinary CBCT systems. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Online Sales Manager to lead our digital sales efforts across the United States while supporting future international business expansion. This role will be responsible for driving online sales performance, managing customer acquisition, optimizing sales processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Position Summary The Online Sales Manager will oversee the complete online sales process for CareRay's Veterinary CBCT product portfolio. This role combines online sales management, customer development, sales operations, business analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate business growth. The ideal candidate has experience selling medical devices, veterinary products, healthcare technology, or other high-value capital equipment through digital channels and enjoys building scalable sales processes in a fast-growing business. Key ResponsibilitiesOnline Sales Management Manage and optimize the online sales process for Veterinary CBCT and Portable Veterinary CBCT systems. Drive online revenue growth by improving customer acquisition, lead conversion, and sales performance. Develop and execute digital sales strategies aligned with company business objectives. Monitor daily sales activities and ensure timely follow-up of inbound customer inquiries. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through both inbound lead management and proactive customer outreach. Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities with veterinary hospitals, specialty clinics, imaging centers, corporate veterinary groups, distributors, and strategic partners. Build long-term customer relationships through consultative selling and solution-based recommendations. Conduct virtual product demonstrations, customer presentations, and commercial negotiations. Support expansion into international markets as business opportunities develop. Sales Operations Manage CRM data, sales forecasting, opportunity tracking, and pipeline reporting. Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, conversion rates, and business trends to identify improvement opportunities. Establish sales KPIs and continuously optimize sales processes to improve operational efficiency. Coordinate with Marketing to maximize lead generation and campaign effectiveness. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Clinical Applications, Customer Success, Technical Support, Product Management, and Global Headquarters to ensure seamless customer engagement. Collect customer feedback and market intelligence to support product improvements and future product development. Support product launches, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, webinars, and customer events. Team Leadership Support the development and coaching of Inside Sales team members. Assist in establishing standardized sales processes, best practices, and performance metrics. Foster a customer-focused, results-oriented, and collaborative sales culture. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device sales, veterinary equipment sales, healthcare technology, diagnostic imaging, or other related industries. Minimum 2 years of experience leading sales teams or managing sales operations is preferred. Experience selling capital equipment or complex technical solutions is highly preferred. Proven success in online sales, inside sales, business development, or digital customer acquisition. Strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar). Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in veterinary healthcare, animal health, diagnostic imaging, medical imaging, or healthcare technology. Familiarity with Veterinary CBCT, X-ray, CT, ultrasound, or related imaging equipment. Experience supporting online sales platforms or digital commerce initiatives. Experience working with international teams and cross-cultural business environments. Experience using AI-powered sales and productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Salesforce Einstein, or similar technologies. Travel Requirements Approximately 15-25% domestic and international travel for customer visits, industry conferences, exhibitions, and business meetings.
