About the Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to take the helm of a bustling optical retail store. This is a leadership position that demands a hands-on approach, where you will be instrumental in boosting sales performance, ensuring outstanding customer experiences, and fostering a team environment that values service, style, and precision. Your Responsibilities Oversee all day-to-day store activities, including opening and closing procedures, staffing arrangements, and floor management. Mentor, train, and inspire a team of sales professionals and opticians to achieve both individual and collective sales objectives. Boost store revenue by leveraging in-depth product knowledge, employing effective upselling strategies, and adopting a consultative sales approach. Guarantee that each customer enjoys a tailored, top-tier experience, from selecting frames to the final dispensing process. Manage inventory levels, optimize visual merchandising displays, and ensure timely product replenishment in accordance with brand guidelines. Collaborate with the district or regional manager on performance evaluations, recruitment strategies, and strategic business planning. Address and resolve customer concerns with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. Uphold strict adherence to optical retail standards, safety regulations, and company-wide policies. What We're Looking For Possess 2+ years of retail management experience, ideally within the optical, fashion, or specialized retail sectors. Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or surpassing established sales goals. Exceptional leadership qualities, with a proven ability to cultivate and retain a high-performing team. Experience in optical dispensing, frame fitting, or collaborating with licensed opticians is highly desirable. Possess outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
