Dental Office Manager Location:
Central Sonoma County (Santa Rosa, CA)

Job Summary As the Office Manager , you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the practice, leading a dedicated team of professionals. You will play a critical role in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring an exceptional patient experience, and driving the practice's continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Provide strong leadership and direction to the entire office team, fostering a collaborative, positive, and high-performing culture.
Daily Operations:
Oversee all aspects of daily office operations, including scheduling optimization, patient flow, and administrative tasks.
FinancialInsurance Management:
Manage patient accounts, billing, and insurance claims processing while maintaining strong collection protocols.
SystemsProtocols:
Implement and maintain efficient office systems to maximize productivity and patient satisfaction.
HRTeam Development:
Recruit, hire, train, and onboard new team members. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Compliance:
Ensure full compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA.
Strategic Growth:
Work closely with practice ownership to develop, track, and achieve long-term strategic goals.
Qualifications Required:
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience specifically as a Dental Office Manager .
Software Proficiency:
In-depth knowledge of major dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft).
Industry Knowledge:
Strong, comprehensive understanding of dental insurance, coding, billing, and collections.
Leadership Skills:
A proven track record of successful team leadership, conflict resolution, and staff development.
Core Competencies:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. A genuine passion for providing outstanding patient care.
