This role is crucial in overseeing operations, accounting, and keeping the practice thriving. We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our dental office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative staff, treatment planning and coordination, implementing office policies, and ensuring the office runs efficiently while maintaining the practice's culture.

Anticipated Job Duties:
  • Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain office procedures and policies
  • Treatment planning and financial presentations
  • Manage office budget and expenses
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant standards
  • Provide support in financial management and fiscal operations
  • Oversee systems for administrative support and clinical support
  • Have a strong understanding of PPO dental insurance policies and procedures
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with more than 5 years of dental office management
  • Strong knowledge of fiscal management and financial operations
  • Familiarity with dental administrative and clinical support systems
  • Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements
