Full Job Description Dental Office Manager Location:
Torrance, CA We are a quality-focused, fee-for-service dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead our team and ensure an exceptional patient experience. This is not a high-volume corporate environment—we prioritize personalized care, clinical excellence, and long-term patient relationships. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and ensure a smooth, efficient workflow Lead, train, and support front office and clinical team members Manage scheduling, patient communication, treatment acceptance, collections, and accounts receivable Monitor practice performance and implement systems to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain accurate patient records Manage office inventory, vendor relationships, and administrative functions Foster a positive, accountable, and patient-centered team culture Qualifications Minimum 3 years of dental office management experience Advanced Dentrix experience required, including scheduling, treatment planning, insurance verification and claims, patient accounts, collections, reporting, and practice performance management Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience managing financial arrangements, collections, and practice metrics Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment Experience in a private practice or fee-for-service office preferred What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Performance-based bonuses Supportive team environment Opportunity to help grow a high-quality, patient-focused practice If you are a motivated leader who values quality over volume and takes pride in delivering an outstanding patient experience, we would love to hear from you.
