We bring advanced wound care directly to patients in their homes, assisted living communities, and skilled nursing facilities. We are seeking an organized, proactive Office Manager to help oversee daily operations, support our clinical team, and contribute to the continued growth of our practice. Position Summary The Office Manager is responsible for coordinating day-to-day office operations, supporting scheduling and patient care coordination, assisting with provider and referral communications, and helping ensure efficient workflow throughout the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, solving problems, and being part of a small, collaborative team. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and administrative workflow Coordinate patient scheduling and provider calendars Communicate with patients, families, referral sources, home health agencies, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities Assist with patient intake, referrals, authorizations, and records requests Support provider onboarding, credentialing, and compliance activities Monitor office systems and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks Assist with billing coordination and follow-up as directed Track supplies, equipment, and office inventory Help develop and improve operational processes as the practice grows Provide general administrative support to leadership and clinical staff Assist with recruiting, hiring, and employee onboarding activities as needed Qualifications Previous office management, healthcare administration, medical office, or operations experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and prioritize competing responsibilities Comfortable working with electronic medical records and Microsoft Office programs Experience in home health, hospice, wound care, medical practice management, or healthcare operations is a plus Positive attitude and willingness to adapt in a fast-growing environment What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Paid training and ongoing professional development Opportunity for advancement as the practice continues to grow Supportive, team-oriented work environment Flexible and dynamic role with meaningful impact on patient care Opportunity to help shape the future of a growing healthcare organization Schedule Full-time preferred.
