We are looking for an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the administrative and operational functions of our hospital. About the Role As Practice Manager, you will provide leadership for the hospital's business operations while creating an environment where employees feel supported, clients feel valued, and the medical team has the resources needed to provide excellent care. What You'll Do:

Lead Hospital Operations:

Direct the daily administrative and operational activities of the practice. Develop efficient workflows that support quality patient care and exceptional client service. Monitor hospital performance using key financial and operational metrics. Manage inventory, equipment, facility needs, and vendor relationships. What We're Looking For:

Successful candidates will bring: Minimum 1 year of supervisory, management, or leadership experience preferred. Ideally in veterinary medicine, healthcare, or another client-focused service industry. A proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and build a positive workplace culture. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and business operations. Confidence in making decisions while balancing the needs of clients, staff, and the hospital. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business management or healthcare administration is a plus. Veterinary practice management experience is highly desirable. Salary Range:
