Office Manager — Boutique Cosmetic & Restorative Dental Practice Westlake Smile Studio is a high-end cosmetic and restorative dental practice known for full mouth rehabilitation, porcelain veneers, restorative and implant dentistry. We're looking for an experienced Office Manager to keep our practice running smoothly day-to-day so our doctors and team can focus on delivering exceptional patient care. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on organization, takes ownership of daily operations, and keeps the practice running like a well-oiled machine. What You'll Do Manage the daily schedule and patient flow Oversee the administrative team Handle timecards, payroll prep, and PTO tracking Manage supply ordering and inventory control Coordinate insurance and provide basic AR oversight Resolve daily issues and patient complaints Communicate doctor priorities to the team What Success Looks Like An efficient schedule with low cancellation/failure rates Fewer daily interruptions for the doctors Clean, accurate payroll and ordering Fewer daily "fires" to put out Authority in This Role Leads the administrative and clinical teams Makes day-to-day operational decisions Escalates people and financial decisions to the doctor What We're Looking For Minimum of 3 years of dental office management experience (or comparable practice management) Experience with dental practice management software — Open Dental experience a strong plus Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Team player Growth mindset with owner mentality Compensation & Details $70,000•$80,000 per year , depending on experience Job type:
