Dental Office Manager Location:
Arvada, CO (Near 88th & Wadsworth)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-5:00 PM (8-hour shifts vary by day)
Compensation:
$30.00-$38.00 per hour, depending on experience

Denticon PMS, MS Office, Paylocity HRIS, and other tools that are location specific Lead a Practice Where People Come First We are a thriving, single-provider PPO and Fee-for-Service dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager who is passionate about leadership, exceptional patient care, and operational excellence. If you're a leader who enjoys building strong teams, creating outstanding patient experiences, and driving practice success through accountability and teamwork, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do As our Dental Office Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the practice while fostering a positive, patient-first culture.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, coaching, and inspiring the team while maintaining accountability and high performance Conducting daily morning huddles, monthly one-on-one meetings, and quarterly team meetings Creating a welcoming, service-focused environment for every patient Optimizing the daily schedule to maximize productivity and patient care Ensuring all incoming calls are answered promptly and voicemails are returned in a timely manner Overseeing insurance verification, patient check-in/check-out processes, and front office workflows Monitoring patient accounts to ensure balances are collected at the time of scheduling or service whenever possible Assisting patients with financing options, including CareCredit, Cherry, and other lending solutions Managing daily banking responsibilities, including deposits and financial reconciliation Maintaining efficient office systems and ensuring operational procedures are consistently followed What We're Looking For Minimum of 5 years of dental industry experience At least 3 years in a leadership or management role Strong knowledge of PPO and Fee-for-Service dental practices Proven ability to motivate, coach, and hold team members accountable Exceptional customer service and communication skills Experience with insurance verification, scheduling, collections, and practice operations Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities Positive attitude, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping both patients and team members succeed Compensation & Benefits We believe in rewarding great leaders.

Work Environment:
This role is based in a professional office environment, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
Physical Demands:
The position may require occasional lifting of office supplies up to 20 pounds. Must be able to stand, walk, and perform tasks that require manual dexterity throughout the workday.
Education and Experience:
A college degree in business or a related field is preferred, along with at least one year of business or managerial experience. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
