Smile Jobs is partnering with a highly reputable dental practices in the Denver Area to proactively build a talent pipeline for future Practice Administrator opportunities as the practices continues to grow. Our partner practices are known for their strong leadership teams, patient-centered cultures, and commitment to operational excellence. We are interested in connecting with experienced Practice Administrators who are open to exploring future leadership roles and contributing to the long-term success of a thriving dental practice.
What These Practices Typically Look For:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, develop, and inspire the office team while modeling core values Oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional patient experience Manage financial performance, KPIs, and operational goals Recruit, coach, and retain top talent Partner closely with clinicians to support overall practice success
Ideal Background:
Dental or healthcare management experience required (dental strongly preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills Financial acumen with exposure to P&L management and KPIs Proficiency in MS Office; Dentrix experience preferred By joining our Practice Administrator talent pipeline, you'll be among the first considered when leadership opportunities become available in the area.
