$65,000-$75,000 annually, based on experience, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance bonus About Our Clinic The Clinic is an established, physician-led medical aesthetics practice located in Cherry Creek. We are known for personalized care, natural-looking results, and creating a welcoming, professional experience for every patient. We are seeking a Medical Office Manager to lead our front-office operations and help keep the practice running smoothly. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys managing a small team, supporting providers, solving problems, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. Key Responsibilities Lead, schedule, train, and support a front-office team of approximately four employees. Oversee daily front-office operations, including opening and closing procedures. Manage patient scheduling and provider calendars to support efficient appointment flow. Ensure calls, texts, online inquiries, check-in, checkout, payments, and patient follow-up are handled promptly and professionally. Step in to assist at the front desk when needed. Maintain accurate patient information and protect patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA requirements. Handle patient questions and concerns with professionalism and discretion. Coordinate employee schedules, PTO coverage, timekeeping, and day-to-day staffing needs. Support employee onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management. Monitor cancellations, no-shows, rebooking, schedule gaps, and other front-office performance indicators. Oversee daily payment reconciliation and help ensure transactions are properly recorded. Maintain office and retail supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed. Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional practice environment. Work closely with the physician owner and operations leadership to address issues and improve the patient and employee experience. Qualifications Two or more years of medical office, dental office, dermatology, plastic surgery, medical spa, or similar administrative experience preferred. Previous supervisory or team-lead experience preferred. Strong scheduling, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working directly with patients in a high-touch, customer-service-focused environment. Ability to remain calm, professional, and solutions-oriented in a busy practice. Experience with scheduling, point-of-sale, or medical practice management software. Meevo experience is a plus but is not required. Medical aesthetics experience is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required. A clinical license is not required. Benefits and Perks Eligibility for a discretionary performance bonus based on practice and individual performance.
