"Your Smile is Our Smile" Qualifications Requirements Previous experience (3 + years) as the office/practice manager of a busy service oriented multi-specialty dental practice. Must love people, working in teams, and demonstrate an aptitude for having fun, leading bravely, and creating greatness A demonstrated commitment to an exemplary employee and patient experience Associates degree with 5+ years of relevant experience OR a Bachelor degree with 3+ years of relevant experience Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of dental practice operations and management Familiarity or experience with dental practice management systems preferably Dentrix/Ascend Understanding of managerial and financial reporting and financial principles (i.e., practice management reports, production reports, financial statements) is a plus Willingness to build trust to achieve results Share job details to
