Full-Time Job Summary:
The position requires overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dental practice, ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in using Dentrix software and managing dental insurance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination. Utilize Dentrix software for patient records, appointment scheduling, and billing. Handle patient insurance claims, verification, and billing processes. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner. Oversee inventory management and ensure the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies. Collaborate with the dental team to support patient care and practice growth.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Dentrix dental software (Required to be considered) Strong knowledge of dental insurance policies, claims, and billing procedures. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration preferred.
