We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and highly organized Dental Office Manager to join our team!
Competitive Salary & Pay Full-Time Position Requirements:
5+ years of dental front-office managerial experience Proven experience managing a dental office and front-office team Bachelor's degree required Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of dental office operations, scheduling, insurance, billing, collections, and patient coordination Ability to lead a team independently and maintain a professional, efficient office environment Treatment plan presentation Financial presentation Responsible for meeting production goals and collection goals ️
