This individual will develop forward thinking strategies and initiatives and collaborate closely with other firm leaders. This is a terrific role for a candidate with solid practice operations experience with a great sense of team effort and goal oriented strategy focus.
Responsibilities Include:
Collaborate with partners and leadership in developing strategic plans Analyze financial data and create financial reports for leadership Collaborate with HR and other teams on associate development and retention initiatives Develop presentations and agendas for internal meetings Evaluate practice group needs to identify gaps in resources and recruiting needs Assist with business development plans and initiatives
Qualifications Include:
Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree or JD preferred 5+ years of legal practice operations experience Strong analytical and project management skills Commitment to professional excellence Strategic mindset with strong collaboration skills
Compensation:
$130,000 - $175,000 annually Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation. The Ford Agency is a recruiting firm based in Washington, DC.
