Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Dental Office Manager/Treatment Coordinator to lead our dental practice with enthusiasm and expertise. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily office operations, coordinate patient treatment plans, and ensure a seamless patient experience. Your leadership will drive team performance, maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, and optimize practice efficiency. This position offers a dynamic environment where your management skills and dental office expertise will make a meaningful impact on patient care and practice success. Responsibilities Manage daily clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination to ensure smooth practice functioning. Oversee financial management tasks such as billing, budgeting, and maintaining fiscal health of the practice. Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance on medical records management, medical billing, and compliance with HIPAA and other health regulation policies. Coordinate treatment plans with dentists and patients, explaining procedures, financing options, and insurance benefits clearly to enhance patient understanding and satisfaction. Utilize Eaglesoft to manage patient records efficiently while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Lead human resources functions including staff training, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive team environment. Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing patient inquiries promptly and professionally. Qualifications Proven experience in dental office management or healthcare practice management with a strong background in dental office operations. Demonstrated supervisory experience managing teams within a dental setting. Proficiency in Eaglesoft, familiarity with patient management software is essential. Strong knowledge of health regulation policies including HIPAA compliance Experience in dental billing, financial management, budgeting, and coding practices within a healthcare environment. Excellent managerial communication skills coupled with customer service expertise to foster team collaboration and patient satisfaction. Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced clinic setting while maintaining attention to detail.
