Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Experienced Dental Office Manager to lead our dental practice with enthusiasm and expertise. This vital role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and delivering exceptional patient service. The ideal candidate will possess extensive dental office experience, strong managerial skills, and a passion for fostering a positive and efficient work environment. Duties Supervise daily clinic operations, including patient flow, appointment scheduling, and administrative workflows using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems such as Eaglesoft. Manage financial aspects of the practice, including budgeting, dental billing, revenue cycle management, and fiscal oversight to ensure profitability Lead human resources functions by recruiting, onboarding, training, and evaluating staff members; foster a collaborative team environment Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and health regulation policies to maintain accreditation and legal adherence Oversee medical administrative support tasks like medical records management, medical terminology accuracy, and electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems) management Coordinate with healthcare providers on acute care procedures, managed care policies, and utilization management to optimize patient outcomes Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing patient concerns promptly and ensuring a welcoming clinic atmosphere Requirements Proven experience managing a dental or healthcare office with a strong background in medical office management and practice operations Extensive knowledge of dental clinic workflows, dental office experience, and familiarity with dental practice management software such as Eaglesoft. Demonstrated supervisory experience leading healthcare teams in fast-paced environments; excellent managerial communication skills required Strong understanding of healthcare compliance standards including HIPAA regulations and health policy policies Financial management experience encompassing budgeting, medical billing, accounts receivable/payable processes Ability to handle medical terminology accurately and support medical administrative functions effectively Join us to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding dental care! Pay:
$33.00 - $38.00 per hour
