Veterinary Clinic Manager Seaford DE

We are looking for a hands on, Clinic Operations Manager with a minimum of 2 years of veterinary technician experience to join our team of compassionate caregivers. Surgery technician experience is a plus. As the Clinic Operations Manager, you will manage the day-to-day operations of a high volume spay/neuter clinic. The successful candidate's capabilities will include:

• Exceptional interpersonal skills to work with a wide range of people and be able to motivate and lead a devoted staff who are dedicated to the organization's mission. S/he must also have excellent communication skills to ensure that all protocols and treatment plans are clear and easy to follow. Follow up to ensure that these plans are being carried out correctly.
• Sufficient veterinary experience to assist with all aspects of surgery prep and post surgery care as well as dental procedures.
• Ability to manage both the scheduling of staff and procurement of supplies for a high volume surgery clinic.

Recruit and train new staff as needed to ensure clinic is staffed to ensure safe and efficient operations. The animals that come to Forgotten Cats are primarily homeless cats. For these cats, their brief visit to Forgotten Cats may be the only time that they receive veterinary care or are touched by a loving hand.
