Job Description

The Dental Boutique Boynton Beach is looking for a Rock Star Office Manager! We are a privately owned general dentistry practice offering a full range of services including Invisalign, implants, and full arch restorations. We are looking for a passionate and driven Office Manager who is ready to take ownership of the role, lead from the front, and make a real impact on our team and our patients.   • In-Office Espresso Machine Core Competencies:
  • Minimum of 3 years of management or leadership experience
  • Ability to hold your team accountable and coach for growth and mentorship
  • A belief in servant leadership and extreme ownership
  • Experience with customer service and the ability to resolve issues with patients and team members
  • Prior knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus but not required
Essential Functions:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable discussing financials, collections, and KPIs
  • Ability to have difficult conversations with both patients and team members
  • A servant leadership mindset — be a leader through actions, not words
  • An ability to implement systems and hold team members accountable without micromanaging
  • A willingness to be flexible and accommodating with your schedule, including the understanding that patient care occasionally requires end times to run a little past the scheduled close
