Job Description

Kure Healthcare Talent Solutions is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Medical Office Manager in Boynton Beach. This opportunity is with a growing and highly reputable physician-owned practice with multiple locations throughout South Florida. About the Role The Office Manager is a key operational role for someone who thrives in a hands-on private practice setting and knows how to deliver an exceptional patient experience, support staff, improve workflows, and drive accountability. This person will work closely with providers and administrative leadership to oversee day-to day office operations, support scheduling and patient flow, and help ensure the office runs efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities include:
Operations & Administrative Oversight:
Oversee daily office operations, front desk workflow, patient scheduling, and overall office efficiency Help keep provider schedules full through scheduling optimization, patient follow-up, and recall efforts Monitor patient flow and help improve workflow efficiency throughout the office Support insurance verification, scheduling coordination, and overall front office operations Serve as a liaison between providers, staff, patients, vendors, and referring offices Help maintain a professional, patient-focused office environment and positive patient experience
Team Leadership & Staff Support:
Supervise and support front office and clinical staff Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and team development Help reinforce accountability, professionalism, communication, and teamwork Conduct daily huddles and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Growth & Marketing Support:
Partner with leadership and the marketing representative to support office growth initiatives Help identify opportunities to improve patient volume and office performance Support referral relationship development and outreach efforts when appropriate
Systems & Workflow Management:
Support EMR usage and workflow consistency across the office Help maintain office procedures and operational processes Monitor office performance and help identify areas for improvement Why This Opportunity?
