The Assistant Operations Manager
- Front Office supports the seamless operation of the Front Office and Guest Services departments, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient day-to-day operations.
This role partners with hotel leadership to uphold service standards, foster colleague engagement, and maintain a positive and productive work environment. The position provides hands-on leadership during peak business periods, serves as a resource for Front Office and Guest Services colleagues, and supports operational oversight throughout the hotel. Key responsibilities include coaching and developing team members, coordinating training initiatives, assisting with scheduling, monitoring service delivery, and addressing guest and operational needs in a timely manner. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills, with a commitment to guest satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence.

Qualifications
Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Experience and thorough understanding of guest services
- Previous experience in hotel guest services
- Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments
- Knowledge and experience with Operations systems such as Opera, Colleague Advantage, Medallia, HOTSOS, HySat, etc.
- Flexible schedule and shift pattern based upon hotel business needs
- including arrival and departure patterns
- which may include early mornings, late nights, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
- Must be able to support Hyatt's purpose by identifying opportunities to display authentic human care to guests and colleagues so they can be their best.
