Practice Management Software A premier, established private dental practice is seeking a dynamic Dental Office Manager to lead our administrative operations. This vital role combines strong leadership with a passion for delivering outstanding patient experiences. As the face of our front office, you will oversee daily front-desk activities, coordinate scheduling, optimize billing and insurance workflows, AR, and supervise administrative staff. Your leadership will foster an efficient, compliant, and welcoming environment that supports top-tier patient care. Key Responsibilities We are looking for a candidate that has extensive knowledge and experience with
OPENDENTAL
Practice Management Software Office Leadership:
Oversee front office functions including patient check-in/check-out, scheduling, and communication.
Financial & Insurance Management:
Manage billing, coding, and insurance claims processing and accounts receivable.
Software Operations:
Utilize dental practice management software (Open Dental) and electronic billing systems .
Team Supervision:
Supervise administrative staff by providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
Compliance & Records:
Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations using EMR and EHR systems.
Operational Flow:
Monitor financial reporting and coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless daily patient flow.
Qualifications Experience:
Proven track record in dental office management with strong supervisory skills.
Software Knowledge:
Familiarity with Open Dental and VYNE Dental is highly preferred.
Industry Expertise:
Strong command of dental terminology and dental records management is required. Previous Dental Assistant experience is a plus+
Financial Acumen:
Demonstrated capability in fiscal management and financial reporting within a dental clinic.
Core Skills:
Exceptional multitasking abilities, clear communication skills, and a high level of organization.
Clinical Awareness:
