Role:
Who We're Looking For We are looking for an exceptional Office Manager / Operations Leader to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our busy pediatric dental practice. Dental experience is a major plus, but it is not required. We are open to an outstanding operations leader or medical/healthcare office manager who has the leadership ability, urgency, and organizational skills to run a fast-paced practice.

Has strong leadership and people-management skills Takes ownership, solves problems, and follows through without needing constant direction Is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing a fast-paced operation Can hold a team accountable while building a positive culture Is comfortable with numbers, KPIs, scheduling, collections, and operational goals Is hands-on and willing to jump in wherever needed Communicates confidently with patients, parents, employees, and ownership Has dental or medical practice management experience preferred, but not required Most importantly: We are looking for a high-energy, accountable operator who can take charge of an office, lead a team, and get things done. Responsibilities:
Oversee daily front office operations including scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and workflow management Manage billing, insurance verification, claims submission, and accounts receivable Recruit, train, and supervise administrative dental office staff Ensure a positive patient experience by resolving concerns and maintaining high service standards Monitor key practice metrics and generate reports to support practice growth Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and dental office policies Coordinate with dental providers to optimize scheduling and patient flow
