is seeking an Experienced Dental Office Manager to join our team in
HOLLYWOOD FL
with at least 2 years in this position. We are looking for an Experienced Dental Office manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operation of our modern dental clinic in
HOLLYWOOD AREA.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and skilled n both team management and treatment plan sales.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing a dental office requiered, please do not apply if you don't have the experience.
  • Strong knowledge of dental insurance and office software (Open Dental),
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to Present and close treatment plans.
  • Strong leadership and multitasking abilities.
  • Must speak perfect English and fluent Spanish.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operations of the dental office.
  • Supervise front desk, assistants, and clinical Staff.
  • Ensure a high quality patient experience.
  • Oversee scheduling, billing and collections.
  • Promote and sell dental treatments and services.
