We are seeking an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator who knows the dental world, understands treatment planning and case acceptance, and is ready to step into a trusted, influential role within our practice. This is not an entry-level position—to be considered, candidates must have dental office experience and prior experience as a Treatment Coordinator. Key Responsibilities Present comprehensive dental treatment plans with clarity, confidence, and empathy Translate clinical diagnoses into patient-friendly explanations Coordinate treatment scheduling with providers, hygienists, and front office team Verify dental insurance benefits and clearly explain coverage, estimates, and patient responsibility Discuss payment options, financing solutions, and in-house savings plans Obtain case acceptance and follow up on unscheduled treatment Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in the practice management system Serve as a key communication bridge between patients, providers, and staff Deliver a consistently high level of professionalism and patient experience Required Qualifications (These are required to be considered) 1-2+ years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or in a comparable dental office role Prior dental office experience is mandatory Strong working knowledge of dental procedures (SRP, crowns, implants, perio, etc.) Solid understanding of dental insurance and benefit verification Proven experience with treatment planning and case presentation Proficiency with dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, etc.) Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and follow-through Preferred Qualifications Experience discussing financing options and in-house discount plans Experience in a multi-provider or high-volume dental practice What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off and holidays Medical, dental, and vision benefits (where applicable) 401(k) retirement plan Personal Assistant Program Employee counseling and legal assistance Direct deposit A supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunities for long-term growth and career advancement as our practice continues to expand If you're an experienced dental professional who loves patient connection, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to grow with a practice that truly values its team—we'd love to meet you.
