Hotel Front Office Manager

Compensation:

$54,000 - $56,000 yearly

Qualifications:

Education Associate's Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred) Experience 2-5 years of Branded hotel operations experience required; Marriott Experience preferred. Prior supervisory or assistant front office management experience preferred Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and team-management abilities Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organization Technical Skills Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, OnQ, Cloudbeds, etc Basic knowledge of reservations, revenue management, and night audit procedures.
