Dental Assistant Manager Join Our Growing Dental Team! We are looking for an outgoing, kind, and confident Dental Assistant Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate is an experienced dental professional who loves working with patients, supporting a team, and creating a positive, welcoming dental experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who has strong dental assisting experience , excellent communication skills, and experience with treatment presentation and patient education . What You'll Do Help maintain a positive, organized, and team-oriented office environment Provide chairside assistance as needed Educate patients about recommended dental treatment and help them understand their treatment options Present treatment plans confidently and compassionately Build trust and strong relationships with patients Communicate treatment recommendations in a clear, friendly, and non-pressure-based manner Coordinate with doctors and the front office team to ensure a smooth patient experience Help maintain clinical standards, infection-control protocols, and office procedures Lead by example and step in wherever the team needs support Insurance aging reports The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Outgoing, friendly, and genuinely enjoys people Kind, compassionate, and patient-focused Confident communicating with patients and team members Experienced in dental billing Experienced with treatment presentation and patient education Comfortable discussing recommended dental treatment with patients A natural leader who enjoys mentoring and motivating others Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a busy dental environment Professional, positive, and solution-oriented Someone who takes pride in creating an exceptional patient experience Qualifications Previous dental experience required Previous leadership or dental assisting management experience preferred Treatment presentation experience strongly preferred Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and clinical workflows Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff Why Join Us?
