The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical office management and possess excellent leadership skills. This role is crucial in ensuring that our office runs smoothly, providing exceptional service to our patients while managing administrative tasks effectively. Responsibilities Supervise and manage the dental office staff, ensuring a high level of performance and customer service. Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and appointment management to optimize office efficiency. Handle budgeting and financial management, including monitoring expenses and revenue. Provide medical administrative support, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices. Utilize dental software systems such as Eaglesoft or Epic for patient records management and billing processes. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure effective utilization management and managed care practices. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for patients and staff. Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly, fostering positive relationships with clients. Requirements Proven experience in medical office management or a similar role within a healthcare setting. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Proficient in budgeting and financial oversight within a medical practice. Familiarity with dental software systems such as Open Dental Software is preferred. Knowledge of hospital operations, utilization management, and managed care principles is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal abilities. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
