Job Summary .We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Medical Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy Cardiology practice. This leadership role involves managing administrative functions, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and supporting clinical staff in delivering exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will possess extensive medical office experience, strong managerial and leadership skills, and proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems, specifically eClinicalWorks (eCW) . Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish , possess a clinical license or certification as an MA, LPN, or RN , and have a minimum of 3 years of medical office management experience . Duties Oversee daily clinic operations, including patient scheduling, registration, and check-in processes using patient management software. Manage financial aspects such as billing, coding, collections, budgeting, and fiscal management to ensure the practice's financial health.
