Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to join our dental clinic in Ocala, FL. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing a dental practice and be confident overseeing daily operations, staff coordination, and patient flow while ensuring excellent customer service and efficient office performance. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the dental office Supervise and support front desk and administrative staff Schedule appointments and manage patient flow Handle insurance verification, billing, and collections Maintain patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance Coordinate with dentists and clinical staff Monitor office performance, reports, and KPIs Ensure a welcoming and professional patient experience Explain treatment plans clearly, answer patient questions, and help patients feel confident moving forward Present costs, insurance benefits, and payment options Schedule and coordinate treatment appointments and follow-ups Enter, update, and track treatment plans and documentation in the system Act as a liaison between patients, dentists, and front office to improve case acceptance and workflow Qualifications Previous experience as a Dental Office Manager (required) Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and claims Experience with dental practice management software Excellent organizational and leadership skills Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of Open Dental or similar dental software This position offers an opportunity to lead a dynamic team within a professional environment dedicated to operational excellence.
