Job Description

Experienced Dental Office Manager Ponte Vedra Beach, FL | Full-Time | $28-32/hour based on experience We are looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead the administrative side of an established, privately owned general dental practice that focuses on high-quality dentistry and excellent patient service. This is a hands-on management role for someone who already knows how to run a dental office well.
Responsibilities include:
  • Managing the front-office team and daily workflow
  • Posting insurance and patient payments
  • Managing accounts receivable
  • Sending patient statements
  • Submitting and following up on insurance claims
  • Reviewing insurance aging and outstanding balances
  • Monitoring scheduling, cancellations, and unscheduled treatment
  • Helping improve systems, accountability, and practice performance
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of dental office management experience in a general dental practice
  • Strong dental insurance and AR experience
  • Experience leading front-office employees
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Dentrix experience strongly preferred Experience with Heartland Dental or another organization with formal dental-management training is an advantage.
