Monday•Friday, 8:00 AM•5:00 PM w/after hours flexibility

A confidential and growing dental group along Florida's beautiful Treasure Coast is creating a brand-new Regional Manager role — and we want the right person to make it their own. If you've walked the floor as a Dental Assistant AND run the business as an Office Manager, you already speak our language. Now it's time to lead across six incredible practices and help shape what this role looks like from day one. This is more than a job. It's an opportunity to build something.

What You'll Be Doing:

Traveling between our 6 practice locations weekly, bringing operational support, fresh eyes, and positive energy to every team Building strong relationships with practice doctors and being their trusted right hand Championing patient care standards and clinical ethics across every location Coaching and supporting front-line dental teams in their day-to-day operations Taking one focused admin day per week to plan, report, and recharge Spotting what's working, identifying what can be better, and helping us grow

What We're Looking For:

A clinical background as a Dental Assistant (DA) — this is a must Operational experience as a Dental Office Manager (OM) — also a must Someone who genuinely loves dental and understands the heartbeat of a practice A road warrior with reliable transportation, comfortable traveling the North Palm Beach to Melbourne corridor A natural communicator — warm with patients, clear with teams, responsive with doctors Available Monday•Friday, 8:00 AM•5:00 PM with flexibility when the team needs you

What We're Offering:
