Job Overview BodyLogics and Aesthetics is seeking an experienced, organized, and proactive Practice Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our growing functional medicine and aesthetics practice. This leadership position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative team and office workflows while proactively identifying and resolving issues before they reach the providers. The ideal candidate is a confident, solutions-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys improving systems, holds teams accountable with professionalism and respect, and is committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates effectively, makes sound decisions independently, and embraces a culture of compassion, excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. This role allows our providers to focus on patient care while ensuring the practice operates efficiently behind the scenes. Responsibilities Supervise front desk and administrative staff Manage daily office operations and workflow Address staffing, scheduling, and patient service issues Coach, mentor, and train team members Improve office systems, workflows, and operational efficiency Coordinate vendors, office supplies, and facility logistics Resolve operational challenges independently Maintain an exceptional patient experience Monitor team performance and promote accountability Anticipate problems and implement proactive solutions Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of healthcare management or medical office leadership experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make sound decisions independently Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and medical scheduling software preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly Excellent time management and attention to detail Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus We are looking for a motivated leader who takes initiative, anticipates challenges before they arise, and enjoys building efficient systems while leading a high-performing team. Pay:
$27.00 - $30.00 per hour
