Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will have experience in a dental office environment and be proficient in utilizing management systems such as open Dental. This role is vital in ensuring that the clinic runs smoothly, providing excellent patient care while managing administrative tasks effectively. Duties Manage the front office operations, including scheduling appointments, patient check-in and check-out processes. Oversee billing and insurance claims, ensuring accurate submission and follow-up on outstanding claims. Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations. Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Implement utilization management practices to optimize patient flow and resource allocation. Coordinate with dental professionals to ensure efficient clinic operations and high-quality patient care. Develop and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Handle human resources functions such as employee scheduling, payroll coordination, and conflict resolution. Skills Proven experience in a dental office or clinic setting is essential. Proficiency in Open Dental managemet software is highly desirable. Strong understanding of utilization management principles within a healthcare context. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare providers.
