What You'll Do Lead and develop front office and clinical support staff Oversee insurance verification, billing, and claims management Own key revenue metrics, including collections, treatment acceptance, and schedule production, and proactively drive improvement, not just report on it Manage scheduling to optimize provider productivity and minimize revenue leakage from gaps, cancellations, and no-shows Maintain and improve practice workflows and systems Ensure exceptional patient experience from first contact through checkout Requirements Proven experience as a dental practice manager or senior front office leader Hands-on expertise with Dentrix (non-negotiable) Strong command of insurance processes: verification, billing, EOBs, AR follow-up Demonstrated track record of hitting or improving collections, treatment acceptance, and production targets Proficiency with modern software tools including Excel or equivalent, and genuine comfort using AI tools as a force multiplier is essential. We're building systems and scaling up, and we want a manager who's energized by that. Demonstrated experience managing and developing a team Fluent, polished communication skills, written and verbal Strongly Preferred Bilingual in Spanish and English Experience in a growing or transitioning practice Familiarity with current dental industry best practices and technology trends What We Offer Competitive hourly compensation, DOE 4-day work week (full-time hours) Stable, supportive ownership invested in the practice's long-term success Opportunity to make a real impact in a practice that's building for the future To Apply Submit your resume and a brief note on your Dentrix experience and management background. Candidates who do not address these in their application may not be considered.
