This role is responsible for ensuring efficient practice operations, high-quality patient experiences, financial stewardship, staff engagement, and compliance with organizational standards. The Practice Manager II models positive leadership behaviors, promotes team collaboration, and supports departmental and organizational goals, and is typically responsible for managing physician practices consisting of up to three providers.
