We are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead our team in the Tamarac location. About the Tamarac Office Our Tamarac office is a high-volume, multi-specialty location.
The team includes:

REQUIRED
Front Office Operations Support front desk with phone calls, scheduling, treatment plan presentations Insurance verification, billing, and payment posting Business Operations Monitor and drive practice production and collection goals Ensure patients are reappointed and cared for to the highest standard Maintain a strong focus on patient experience and satisfaction Leadership & Culture Lead daily morning huddles and celebrate team wins Collaborate closely with providers to build a unified, high-performing team Set the tone for a positive, supportive, and productive work environment Minimum Requirements Minimum 2 years of dental office experience Proficiency in billing, posting, and explaining insurance to patients Experience presenting and converting treatment plans Preferred Qualifications Strong customer service background Experience with Open Dental (a plus) Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Benefits Competitive Salary Bonus Incentives Paid Time Off (PTO), Vacation & Holiday Pay 401(k)
