This individual ensures the location remains organized, professional, fully operational, and ready to serve clients and employees each day. The ideal candidate takes ownership, solves problems quickly, provides excellent customer service, and can independently manage office operations, vendors, facilities, and administrative responsibilities.
Compensation:
$50,000 - $55,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Open and close the office each business day. Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and client-ready environment. Welcome clients and visitors and provide a five-star experience. Answer and direct incoming calls when needed. Address client concerns and escalate serious matters appropriately. Conduct GAS Calls—Great Service Calls—to gather feedback and confirm client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. At least two years of experience in office administration, customer service, hospitality, legal support, or operations. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Professional appearance and customer-service approach. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with limited supervision. Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, calendars, and standard office technology. Willingness and eligibility to obtain a Florida Notary Public commission. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required.
